Violin Teaching Book: Carl Flesch – The Art of Violin Playing Armenian Edition

A monumental undertaking to translate Carl Flesch’s work for teachers and students. SPECIAL PROJECTS
Training Program in Piano Repair & Tuning
Every eighth resident of Armenia interacts with the music education system, be it as a student, teacher, parent, relative of a student, or as an audience member. Almost 20,000 students study music in music schools, cultural centers, colleges, and conservatories. More than 5,000 teachers work in music education across the country. The piano is the instrument most used in the music education process, and every student studies the piano as a primary or additional instrument.
Primavera Foundation Armenia has taken the initiative to design and produce an educational program for piano repair and restoration so that every piano can be serviced and remain in playable condition for our children and their teachers. Before bringing more pianos to Armenia, we must first ensure that we have sufficiently trained piano repair and tuning professionals, with at least two tuners for every marz.
DATES: 3 years
Location: Educational modules to be held in Yerevan, repair workshops in Yerevan and Armenia’s regions
