Dmitry Masleev, a world-renowned pianist and winner of the 15th International Tchaikovsky Competition, has already visited Armenia multiple times and performed with the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Eduard Topchjan. This fall, he returns to Armenia for his first solo recital tour, dedicated to Sergei Rachmaninov. The recitals in Vardenis and Kapan will be free for the audience.

This year, Dmitry Masleev is offering an exclusive opportunity for an Armenian musician to perform an encore together with him during the tour.
To apply, a musician must be an Armenian citizen or a 10-year Armenian passport holder, and must be a student or recent graduate of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory, the Gyumri branch of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory, or a fellow of Primavera Charitable Foundation.
For the performance, the musician is welcome to propose a chamber music piece (original or transcription) by an Armenian composer, up to seven (7) minutes long, and must have the score available.
Application FormThe winner will be informed personally about the rehearsal schedule with Dmitry Masleev. The rehearsals will take place in Yerevan between November 15 and 19, 2026.

ABOUT DMITRY MASLEEV

Dmitry’s return to La Roque d’Anthéron festival last summer was described in La Provence as «a magical evening where virtuosity merged with the innermost workings of the soul." His recent festival appearances also include Klavierfestival Ruhr, Lucerne, Verbier, Montreux, Rheingau, Bad Kissingen, Bodensee, Bergamo and Brescia.
